Even though you have been granted access to various court applications, you still need to enroll in order to change password(s).

Enroll - This link is used to enroll in the User-Id and Password Management System. While enrolling, you will need to select challenge questions and assign your personal answers to each question. In the event you need to use the system to unlock or reset your password, you will need to remember these challenge questions and answers to confirm that you are the owner of the account.

Re-Enroll - This link is used in the event you have previously enrolled, know your current password, but want to change your challenge questions and/or answers.

Unlock - This link is used to unlock your account and continue using your current password. This process will prompt you for correct answers to your enrollment challenge questions to confirm that you are the owner of the account. Note - If your password already expired, (i.e. is already over 60 days old, but less than 90 days old), you cannot use the Unlock process. You must use the Reset process below. If your password is over 90 days old, you cannot Unlock or Reset your password. You must call 701-328-4218 for assistance.

Change - This link is used to change your password when you know your current password and the password has not expired. If the password has already expired, you must use the Reset process below.

Reset - This link is used to change your password when you do not know your current password or your password already expired. This process will prompt you for correct answers to your enrollment challenge questions to confirm that you are the owner of the account. If your password is over 90 days old, you cannot Unlock or Reset your password. You must call 701-328-4218 for assistance.
